I have been with III for more than 10 years now. The staff are extremely approachable, amicable and highly efficient people. Its premium across all classes of products remain highly competitive throughout all these years and this indeed helped secure my many businesses. I have never had a claim issue all these years. I remembered a manager came to my assistance on a Saturday, a non working day, to help a an insured who was stranded in the airport. I would like to make special mention on of III’s Motor Underwriting Department. I would get my quotations, answers to my queries and documentation within the same day! Kudos to them! III’s user friendly business portal has further enhanced our service to clients, making it better and more effectively. III is one of the very rare traditional company which still believe in delivering a "personal and human touch" to customers. It still has a friendly receptionist who makes sure she directs all calls to the right persons.
