Claim-filing Procedures
Take note of vehicle numbers and take digital photographs of your accident vehicle. These can be included in the e-filing of accident reports at a later stage.
Call for a tow truck or call us for further advice on the accident.
Report and bring your accident vehicle (regardless of the extent of damage) to our approved reporting centre/authorised workshop within 24 hour or by the next working day. Simply click to download our “approved reporting centre/authorised workshop list” and head down to any reporting centre that is convenient for you to report the accident.
Avoid unauthorised tow-truck operators or repair workshops.
Lodge a Police Report if the accident involves:
Injury/death
Foreign vehicle(s)
Government vehicles or government property
Loss/damage to insured vehicle due to theft or fire
The accident took place on Malaysian roads
A copy of the police report should be submitted at the time of e-filing of accident reports

Windscreen Damage:
E-filing accident reports is not necessary if the damage is limited to the windscreen and no other vehicle is involved. Simply click to download Windscreen Damage Claim Form and submit the duly completed form to the workshop with an estimate for replacement of windscreen. Our preferred workshops for Windscreen damage are Glass-fix Pte Ltd (+65-62780887) or Auto Glass Venture (+65-67021095)

Fire & Theft Claims:
If the vehicle is insured on Comprehensive or Third Party Fire & Theft terms, please report to the Police and submit a copy of the Police Report with other supporting documents to our office.
Important Points To Note
Should you fail to report the incident, you may find yourself in a position of having your claims prejudiced or declined as well as suffering a loss of your No Claim Discount.
As per the Terms and Conditions of your Policy, you are required not to commit or admit liability to the third party or any other persons verbally or in writing.
All correspondence and documents received from Third Party/Police/Solicitors etc. should immediately be forwarded to us.apore Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) or World Health Organization (WHO) for latest updates.
